Jason Dodge

Managing Director, Winemaking at Innerstave

Dodge brings over 20 years of experience in the Wine Industry, starting his career as an Assistant Brandy Maker for E&J Gallo. He then went on to assume Senior Winemaker roles at Gallo and Diageo, as well as Director of Winemaking and General Manager roles for both Constellation, and Oak Ridge Winery. He has worked with more than 30 different grape varietals and is excited to bring that knowledge to bear.

Rob Bourdon

Sales Director at Tennessee Distilling Group

Rob joined Tennessee Distilling Group – a contract manufacturer and bottler of Tennessee Whiskey and Bourbon in 2017 and now serves as the Director of Sales. Over the course of his time with TDG, Rob has served as Head of Bottling and Warehousing and sits on the executive leadership team and finance committee.

Prior to joining TDG, Rob worked as a financial analyst and industry writer for a financial firm specializing in the insurance industry as well as played professional hockey in the East Coast Hockey League. Rob earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University and his undergraduate from Colgate University where he majored in Economics and was a member of the varsity hockey team.

Dustin Caster

Distillery and Packaging Director at the Virginia Distillery Company

Dustin Caster is the Distillery and Packaging Director at the Virginia Distillery Company. With degrees in both Anthropology and Biology and studies in biochemistry, Dustin began his professional life as an archaeologist. Dustin’s career took him around the globe, before he eventually settled in Virginia and started his own brewery in 2012.

In 2018 Dustin moved to Virginia Distillery Company in the role of assistant distiller. He quickly worked his way up to lead distiller, before being promoted to Distillery and Packaging Director. Throughout his tenure with the company Dustin has led the development of several new products as well as overseen company growth from production volumes of 5,800 cases in 2018 to just under 25,000 cases in 2021, and a projected 30,000 cases this year. Dustin is also a key member of the sensory and blending team, and continues to lead an innovative and data driven approach to the distillery’s production.
