We carefully hand-charge all of our stills to ensure each unmistakably adventurous flavour remains true in every batch we craft.

Highland Dry Gin

Tasting Notes: A distinctive dry gin with unmistakable McQueen characteristics. The nose is juniper led with a clean and distinct woodland aroma. A burst of juniper gives way to a light spiced ending with a crisp lime finish.

70cl    37.5% ABV

Perfect Serve: Best served in a tall glass over ice topped with premium tonic and garnished with a lime wedge.

Colour Changing Gin

Tasting Notes: Arriving on the palate with a beautiful blend of blackcurrant flavours. Add premium tonic water to this striking blue gin and sit back and watch as it transforms to a delicate pink colour.

Blackcurrant & Raspberry Gin

Tasting Notes: Packed with natural notes of fresh raspberries and blackcurrants, this statement gin might look loud, but its flavours are beautifully balanced and delicate to taste.

Citron Gin

Tasting Notes: Bursting with citrus alongside some light juniper notes. The sharpness of the sweeter citrus flavours perfectly balancing with the classical juniper leads to a gin quite like no other.

Five Chilli Gin

Tasting Notes: A harmonious blend of five of the hottest chillies on the planet; Ghost, Carolina Reaper, Guajillo, Scorpion and Orange Habanero, creating a heat like no other gin. This gin gives a warming sensation on the palate.

Perfect Serve: Best served in a tall glass over ice topped with ginger beer garnished with a green or red chilli and a grapefruit spiral.

Black Cherry & Vanilla Gin

Tasting Notes: Dark and Mysterious, the black cherries give a rich deep flavour which is complimented perfectly with a subtle blanket of smooth vanilla. Imagine a black forest gateau in a glass, truly decadent.
